Dr. Liz Cruz™ Pleasant Probiotics™ is a comprehensive probiotic supplement designed to help promote gastrointestinal system health, assist with regularity, and support a healthy immune system. This living bacteria also acts as a balancing agent for non-friendly bacteria located in the GI tract.
Dosage: We recommend taking 1 capsule in the morning upon rising and then 1 capsule before going to bed.
