Dr. Liz Cruz™ Super Salts™ is the “ultimate” antioxidant, anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, anti-inflammatory, anti-carcinogenic and anti-aging salts. It contains the four key salts that are made up in the body allowing the body to replenish exactly what it is losing on a daily basis. Specifically, they may aid in the reduction of dietary and metabolic acidity helping to maintain the alkaline design of the body.
Dosage: 4.5g (1 scoop found in container) up to 3 times per day in water. Can be taken anytime throughout the day. We suggest putting one scoop of salts in every 26 – 32 ounce bottle of water you drink throughout the day. If you cannot do this because it is too salty tasting, start by adding ¼ scoop of salts to 26 – 32 ounces of water and then increase from there over time once you get used to it.
